Dipo Adeoye is a seasoned finance executive with 15+ years of experience spanning treasury management, fixed income trading, investment banking, and private equity. A strategic leader with a strong track record in business growth, mergers & acquisitions, and financial restructuring, he combines sharp analytical skills with a talent for driving organizational success.
Dipo began his career at Access Bank Plc, where he excelled as Head of Fixed Income Trading after ranking as the all-time best graduate of the Access Bank School of Banking Excellence. He later joined Heirs Holdings, managing private equity investments across Africa (financial services, oil & gas, agriculture, and healthcare) and pioneering the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme (TEEP).
As Pioneer Group Treasurer at VFD Group Plc, he built the treasury framework, overseeing liquidity management, structured products, and investments before rising to Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, he joined Abbey Mortgage Bank as Executive Director, Treasury & Business Growth, leading strategic initiatives to expand the bank’s financial footprint.
Dipo holds a B.Eng in Civil Engineering (FUTA) and transitioned from engineering to banking early in his career. He is an Associate of the Institute of Directors Nigeria, Non-Executive Director of Atiat Limited, and Chairman of The Initiative for Impactful Learning.
