Dipo Wintoki is a seasoned investment banking professional with a proven track record in capital markets, infrastructure finance, and corporate advisory. As the Director of Investment Banking at Eczellon Capital Limited, he leads the execution of high-profile capital-raising transactions for both public and private sector clients. Notably, he spearheaded the award-winning Debt Capital Market issuance for the Cleaner Lagos Initiative, showcasing his expertise in structuring innovative financing solutions.
Prior to joining Eczellon, Dipo served as Director and Divisional Head of the Infrastructure & Government Group at BGL Capital, where he oversaw origination, execution, and advisory mandates across infrastructure and public-sector projects. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President at FBN Capital, leading client coverage and deal origination for key sectors, including infrastructure, financial services, FMCG, and government entities.
Dipo began his career at KPMG Nigeria, where he specialized in financial advisory, corporate restructuring, and strategic transformation, helping clients optimize business performance and navigate complex financial challenges.
He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Leicester, UK, blending technical and financial acumen to deliver value across industries.
